Kim Victoria Cattrall, born on the 21st of August, 1956 in London was the daughter of a British and Canadian actress from Canada and the UK. She was best known for her role as Samantha Jones on the HBO show Sex and the City. In this role, she was awarded the Golden Globe Award for 2002 for the Best Supporting Female Actor. She played the same role in the movies Sex and the City 2008 and Sex and the City 2 Sex and the City 2 in 2010. Her main roles include Police Academy, Big Trouble from Little China Mannequin, and Porky's from the 1980s. Kim Cattrall will be remembered for her performance as Samantha Jones in the HBO sitcom Sex & the City.
